2) The Thermal Oil Temperature of Hot Press is Controlled Automatically
If The Oil Temperature is 30℃-40℃,The Control System Will Turn Off The Chiller Automatically; If The Oil Temperature is Over 40℃,The Control System Will Turn on The Chiller Automatically.
3)Most of Device are Used International Brand. The Whole Line Runs Automatically Except Laying Paper and Changing Caul Plate.Taking and Stacking the Protect Board are Also Automatic. The Operation is Convenient and Easy.
4)Each Operation Cabinet can Supply Full-automatic, Semi-automatic and Manual Control. It is Equipped With Uninterruptible Power Supply, So It Could Guarantee the PLC,HMI and All Magnetic Valve of Hydraulic System in Normal Working When the Equipment is Power Failure Suddenly and Avoid the Damage for Equipment.
5)The frame of press is manufactured from a whole high quality plain steel plate and stress analysis and computation in detail to ensure the enough stiffness and safety factor. The whole working surface of the frame is processed by machine tool; the frame has high accuracy, which ensures the quality of the finished board.
6) Loading and unloading machine are composed of loading with clamp and unloading with vacuum cups. They are driven by servo motor to ensure the accuracy is high and work steadily.
7) Stacking Carrier Use Servo Motor Driving to Ensure Stacking Neatly.
8) The Cylinder Sealing is Used of Combination Seal. The Sealing is Reliable and Extends the Using Life. The Normal Using Life is 3-5 Years, Many Customers Use More Than 5 Years.
9) Trimming Machine Works Stable.
1. Raw board: particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards Product: furniture board,laminate flooring.
2. Overlaying materials: melamine paper, Al2O3 abrasion resistant paper
